it can be a bittersweet time. at least we will all have each other here on ds. we can have a party for ourselves. we have some good chefs on board some great musicians, good event organisers, and great party goers so we can have a christmas to look forward to without it costing us a fortune, without having to travel long distances in the cold, without having to eat anything we don't like and best of all without having to see anyone we don't want to see!! come join the party! all are welcome. I think we'll have it on December 25th if anyone is interested?? bring your own bon bons, baked goods and blueberry wine and we shall have a blast! and don't forget the bacon!

I try to enjoy the aspects of the Christmas season that I can, and ignore the rest. I can lump Hanukkah and Kwanza and Festivus in there too.

I have invented an alternative for the non Christians - it's called "Cheesemas". I hope to make some serious money out of my idea.

I was excited. No more. I'd rather be stripped naked and dragged through broken glass than having to fake it now for my kids.
In one night, after 21 years of good, stable marriage - in one night husband has hurt me so terribly, lied to me and scared me in an indescribable way. And lied about that.

I've been feeling low for a while and wonder if it's not the holiday blues.... I love the cheese idea Fish... Throw in some bacon and I'm hooked for sure...x

I actually quite enjoy the holiday season, but I guess it's a little different for me since I still live at home. There are some memories that always come back up, I don't like that part, but otherwise I almost never feel alone at this time of year.

I love the holidays. I am always at my best during Christmas. I try not to get caught up in the commerciallism, but rather focus on the greatest gift I've ever been given: Jesus Christ.

I have the Grandkids living here now, If they were not it would just be another day. I thank God for Jesus every day.

I celebrate Christmas on Christmas Day. It's not even Dec. yet. No wonder people get sick of it. :)

Merry cheesmas!!!! No annoying carols, no over priced docorations or disappointment! Only love, friendship and happy feelings.
