I am curious if anyone else has a problem with black and white thinking. I seem to pretty much think that something is bad or good. I have no grey area. If one little thing goes against how I was planning or how I want it to go, I get pretty angry. I find that my mood can change on a dime depending on what is happening around me. I try to catch myself and think about how I am feeling but it is very difficult. Especially when I am completely absorbed in how I am feeling.

When i was in the ER February 16th 2025, i was being admitted to ICU where i was for 3 weeks, then had to relearn to walk for 3 weeks in another hospital rehab floor, the nurse told me something that made me feel for over 18 months now that i was finally *safe*. I am constantly trying to remind myself that life isn't only black (bad) or white (good) and it is a constant self reminder through out my day.
