bad dreams

Ever since I've been on medication for BP 1 I've been having bad dreams. The thing is that I'm not always aware of them. I live with my sister and she says nearly every night she hears me moaning in a frightening way and calling for help. Often my speech is incomprehensible but when I'm calling out for help its clear.

Does anyone know which meds would be causing this or could it be all of them. Seroquel....Valpro....Lamictal....Lexapro is the concoction i was on until recently.

Talk this over with your doc. On two occasions the anti-psychotic I was using quit working and the symptoms were loss of sleep and vibrant, terrifying dreams.

I know it can be a side effect from seroquel.. Im not sure about the others.. I get them sometimes to.. not nice...big hug for ya..x

I take temezapam for my sleep and it gives me weird dreams. I had a few night terrors a couple months ago.
Talk to your doc about it

Thanks guys...........exciting news for me....I've started to lose weight which tells me it was the Epilim ( sodium valproate).

My mood is up and down but trying very hard to stay in control.

My sleep is a holy thing for me. It can also be from taking too high of a dose before your body was ready for it.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
