Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
Let me make this clear
I am not trying to do it. I don't even know how I"m doing it, it just happens.
Is it dangerous? I have not a clue. Do I care to do it not really.
While I do find it fascinating it's not something I"d pursue intentionally. But I was just curious if any one knew anything about it.
I don't know if it's really but let me say this.
MY eyes are closed and it feels like a dream like state. I can still feel my body but I can see every thing in my room. And unlike a dream which is lucid every detail is clear as a bell and perfect. When I wake up nothing has changed in the room all of it's there and even the shadows on the walls are the same.
So I'm not sure what I'm experiencing anything is possible.
But I'm not trying to do it, it's just happening.
Is it mental illness? Once again I don't know I just know that it doesn't quite feel like a dream, my awareness is much higher and nothing unusual or lucid is happening, I'm just in my room. I'm still in my body though but I can see every thing with my eyes shut But I can't move my body until I wake up. It's a weird experience.
That's why I was curious if any one dabbled in it and if they had more info on it.
Glad I'm not the only one to experience this.
Well, After a while, it finally happened!! I left my body!!!
But it was such a freaky experience, I zipped right back into it!!!!!
LOLOL!!!!!! Leaving your body is really trippy!!!!!
But that's back before I showed obvious signs of being Bipolar.
Now, I sometimes have an odd experience where I think I'm in a different place than I'm actually in. Kind of hard to explain. I thought I was sitting on the living room couch and then all of sudden realized that I was sitting at the computer, in my bedroom.
It definitely is NOT a case of me having been on the couch and then moving to the bedroom, not remembering the trip.
I'm sitting at the computer the whole time. But for a few seconds, all my senses are telling me that I'm in another place.
I just chalk that up to the Bipolar Disorder.
It's rather disconcerting, though!!! Reminds me a little bit of when I left my body!!
