I have been on Saphris for about 3 years now and while it does keep my moods stable I have been slowly but consistantly sliding into this place where I just do not give a crap about anything. My house is a mess and I don't care, my finances are a mess and I don't care, my social life is a mess and I don't care, my productivity at work is at an all time low and I don't care if they fire me. I am becomeing completely anti social and I just do not care.
I have been on some forums and people seem to like Latuda..... they say it lifts their mood (which I desperately need) and it seems to have no more than the usual side effects and also to be weight neutral.
Is anyone here using it and can give me their experience with it. I have already tried Seroquel, Geodon, Abilify, Lamictal, Lithium..... So I am running out of choices when it comes to the big guns.

Yes, I take Latuda. It does have one side effect that I don't like and that is it makes me very sleepy. I've worked with my doctor on timing of dosage and I now take it when I'm ready for bed. However, it must be taken with food. That's how the drug is activated. If you don't eat, it's ineffective.

Just started it a week ago so I can't say a lot about it just yet. I have also tried most everything out there and hoping this is the one that will work. Good luck to you too!!
