Is there someway I can go through the court to get my bf off the lease and to move out.  I pay all the bills. The power bill is in his name but I pay it.  Does anyone know?

I don't think this is particularly the right place to ask for this kind of advice - as others have said it will depend on where you are and I think you need to get some kind of citizen's advice where you are.

As I've replied on your other thread it feels as if you've progressed from irritation with your boyfriend to taking legal action in the matter of a few days. Your posts seem to be more inner monologues and a bit confused..I'd really suggest that you are sure you are feeling well before taking this kind of action - and from what you've posted over the last day or so I'm not sure that is so.

Please talk to your doctor.

I agree Bravered ... If this is to do with BP I would seek medical treatment before making any big life altering decisions.... You can always address this later if it continues

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
