another psychosis/hallucination post, it's obviously on my mind.
anyway.
because i am aware of them, think they're real, then rationalize myself to know that millions of spiders arent on me, and that dead men with faces falling off will not appear before me.
is this part of the mood disorder i wonder? something on the side ? i've had psychosis before but it was much more internal, more paranoid thoughts, delusions never so many hallucinations.
i heard that only people with psychotic depression have insight to their delusions. i know i am not displaying signs of hypo/mania or a mixed state rather insomnia/anxiety/aggitation and depression which always comes with my depressive episodes.
i want answers and i cant find any and im throwing ideas around and my mind wont shut the fuck up telling me that the cat that was stood outside my gate staring at me has cameras in his eyes and hes reporting back to some agency about me. that the walls have ears and i cant trust anyone.
i cant stop eating, its something that makes me feel connected to reality i feel like a fucking slug its ridiculous. im not hungry but the action of finding something, putting it in my mouth, chewing it, tasting it, perhaps im not even tasting im a bit robotic.
i usually dont eat depressed. but this time its a distraction from the anxiety and my thoughts.
i feel like i need to hold my head between my hands. to keep it still and stable and mine.
anyway.

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

every time i see a doctor i am turned away. because theres nothing wrong with me. theres nothing they can do. theres a 100 year waiting list. or i am not ill enough.
i struggle to explain properly to the doctor what is really going on. i struggle to much to make it sound how it really is. i probably make it sound more acceptable than it really is.
A med tweak should help bring you down... and possibly a look at your disorder to see what's going on..
I hope you're feeling better soon.. Huge hug for you ..xo
Do you think you can print out what you explained here and take it to your doc?
Tell them ou can't wait, that this is urgent, mush it is....it breaks my heart to see you hurting like this honey :(
(((((((( you'll get thru this)))))))
You have us.....post! Post!
Take good care and post as much as you like! that's what we're here for.
explain. if i struggle to get words out or get things reflected in a way that is true to life.
i will hand over what i have written. any good ?

So giving your doc as much information is a good idea. It will likely help them see a clearer picture of what's going on with you.
BTW, know that there are good meds that can control this; when I was really out of my gourd, I was on Trilafon (an older med). Also I think Geodon and Serquel are supposed to be good anti-psychotics. And Abilify is an anti-psychotic with antidepressant properties, so that might be useful too.
your gonna get better soon mush
or like im exaggerating. why am i making this shit up !!!!!!!
It is what it is, whether we understand it or not.
Focusing on getting help gets me allot further.
