Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

How many of you suffer from anxiety/panic attacks? Do you think this is a common part of bipolar, or a separate disorder? I have (very) recently begun to have massive debilitating panic attacks, hadn't had them in years. Not sure if it is related to my bipolar or not.
I just had a med adjustment, and they started to get more intense, so it may be related...But I just wanted to get some feedback from you all on this one.
Thanks!

I believe many other disorders can go hand in hand with BP, unfortunately. I've got a handful myself ^_^ Hang in there and try to take life one day at a time.
I don't need more meds if I still can run,
