I remember them !! When they came to the UK.
Yeah....I remember people trying to recruit and pick up lots of money on the way.

My cousins did it for awhile thinking it was a get rich quick scheme. Then they realized just how much bs you had to put into it. So they got out of it after a couple of years.

What is scary is it is not the only successful pyramid company around, There are many the biggest is AVON then there are the candle companies and tupperware etc. Amways problem was always that no one sold anything everyone was trying to recruit.

I dated a woman who sold Amway once. The rub is when you date a woman who sells Amway you get really tacky and cheap Christmas/Birthday presents. I believe it is what is called a pyramid scheme anyways as I think you have to commit to indoctrinating a set number of your friends into becoming Amway sales people as well.
