I wasn't ADD in my opinion. I was BP and yet to be diagnosed. ADHD is so widely diagnosed, I wonder if it has real meaning anymore. I think the BP is such a stronger issue that the LD is almost a non-issue at that point.
BTW, I was a 'strongly afflicted' case that was 'unusual' because it carried into early adulthood. Yadda yadda. BP.
Personally I just thinkhe is a Type A personality and is very intelligent and thus gets bored with the limited academic challanges being brought his way. alot like i was at his age.
But just signd of adhd dont mean it is the necessary dx
That's how I was when I got in higher grades. I was in quiz bowl and all that great stuff. Till I discovered women LOL. Then I still graduated early and well started self medicating and things went downhill.
I would keep an eye out for him and make sure that he stays busy with his school work...
