Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I had a ok start to the day. It's been sunny and beautiful. Now my mood has dropped. I'm extremely anxious. I feel so alone :( I'm glad I can "see" my therapist tomorrow. I have to do a video call as I've been too afraid to get in the car and figured a video call would be sufficient. What I really want is to sit on my therapist's couch and snuggle my bear and cry and tell her everything I've been feeling which is a lot. Bipolar and borderline personality disorder together is a nightmare

Hey All...I hope that you have a lovely, peaceful beginning of your weekI have a bunch of chores that need doing but may put them off til tomorrow and just hang out with my landlord/roomie todayWhat about you?...Anything special going on?Have a great day and take good care of you!!..Xo

In other moments like these I suggest taking a sip of water, taking a nibble of food, and laying in bed and watching television until you fall asleep while deep breathing until the feeling decreases. I know it's uncomfy but you and I both know the feeling will leave; they always do <3
I think Spring and the change in light, the upset to our sleep by losing an hour, is a springboard into mood change. No matter how you play it things seem to get a little unsteady this time of year...
Yup pay attention to breath for sure. Got something calming to do? No time like the present for a crochet evening... Fingers crossed it passes soon...
