Who else feels comfortable being sad? I have been crying at the drop of a hat lately, and it feels oddly...great! I feel as if I am getting my pain out in the open...I know, weird. Is this good, bad, understandable?

Crying disrupts your defense mechanisms and allows you to focus in on what you are really
angry/sad about. It also is a physical release but not to be overdone.

The worse kind of depression is the numbness where you can't cry. Crying is good for you in moderation.

What about when a person doesn't have feeling? I go through most my days feeling numb, not caring anymore. If not for my girlfriend, I would just plan give up.

feels good to me when it is a symptom of a cathartic reaction to actual events in my life rather than a constant symptom of a deep depression. xx, beep.

It's alright if people 'allow' one to be sad, the situation get's exacberated when folk think they know what's best for you.

I think it is sad when we try to dominate the whole field. the whole place. Its like when you have a cat that loves his house and then starts to pee every where. He loves and likes the smell. But it is just to much kitty stink.
I think that is really sad. I would Hate it if I got that crazy.
