I'm just feeling so very sad right now.....
Every since my wicked stepmom got my hopes up about going to the beach this year and then those plans were shot down I've been going down, down, down. sigh I really had my hopes up high, I hear about everyone going on vacation each year and it makes me feel like total shit that we never do.
I'm tired of worrying about money or lack there of, I'm pissed that I can't hold a job, I'm pissed that I ever got sick to begin with, and I know it doesn't do me any good because I am bipolar and there isn't a damn thing that is going to change that. but I feel what I feel ya know?
I don't even know how the hell I am supposed to pay for the fn pdoc appt I have next week. I'm going to have to call and tell them I just don't have it and see what they say. I prob need a med overhaul of some sort, I don't know but something isn't right here because I am feeling way to badly. I go way up and then crash back down....rapid cycling is a real bitch.
I'm just feeling so sad about so many things I don't even know where to begin to help myself here.....sigh Thanks for reading.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I'm sorry you feel so sad. I'm feeling mostly angry right now. This too shall pass I guess... but when?
I'm so sorry you're feeling defeated right now. It is a bummer when fun plans blow up. We have taken 1 summer vacation in 25 years. And that was 10 years ago. It's pert-near impossible to leave the farm (my husband's mistress) in the summer.
One thing that helps me keep things in perspective is the reality that most of the "fun" things in life have their down side too. Vacations can be extremely stressful. There's the packing, the travel, the unfamiliar place, the disruption to your normal routine, and the hanging out with relatives you may not like or aren't around very often.
And then when you return there's all that dirty laundry to catch up on, restocking the frig, readjusting to your normal routine.
I hope you can work something out with your pdoc. It's so important to keep that part of your treatment going.
What kind of work did you used to do? Maybe you can find a situation that will be compatible with your health requirements.
Hang in there Tats. We're here for you!!
If not, go to your appointment and afterwards tell them you don't have any money or your checkbook on you and they'll have to mail you a bill.
I get madder than a wet hen when I go to my shrink's. I am extremely blessed in that my copay is only $9. 78 or something like that.
But when I try to pay them in cash, they can't even give me change from a $10!!! They said they prefer checks. I told them to bill me.
Yes, I feel it keenly every time I have to pay out a penny. Being poor is extremely stressful.
That sucks about the vacation, too.
Losing out on the vacation is enough heartbreak, but the way it was set up and then taken away is a whole 'nother hurt in itself.
I'm so sorry.
Good luck with everything.
((((((((Hugs))))))))
I sat out in the sun until I couldn't stand it anymore....just relaxing though felt nice.
My pdoc wants payment at time of service so not sure which way I'm going to go....will talk to them of forget my checkbook....sounds like a plan either way!
I hear ya and the vacation Baby, they can be a huge pain in the arse and I don't like many changes and I don't think I would want to spend time with someone that would do that anyway so that is how I am looking at it now.
I used to work as a nurse actually Baby but cannot handle the stressors and all the fast paced changes anymore....just goes totally against me. I'd like to find a job in a craft store but there aren't any places like that within 25 miles of me! Then I worry about getting reviewed because I am on disability. But I always look in the paper to see if there is something that turns up that I could do around here. I really miss working as a nurse but it doesn't help to beat myself over it like I seem to be doing.
One of my girlfriends works as a "Visiting Angel." She goes into the homes of elderly people and helps them with personal hygiene, housework, meal prep and running errands. She just loves it and finds it extremely rewarding. She does it part-time and she was able to determine when she is available. When I saw that you had worked as a nurse, I thought that might be something that suits you. Just thought I'd throw it out there!
I hear you re lack of money.. Disability is a blessing but there's never anything to spare..
I hope you doctor will see you without any problems.. and I hope a door opens for you soon that will make you smile..xoxo
Much love. X
I agree with others who have suggested that you tell the doctor's office that you forgot your checkbook, and could they bill you. I'm sure it happens all the time.
I'm sorry things are so hard right now. xoxo
