40 yr crush?

Is it creepy or flattering?   An old flame was looking for me and found me on FB.  He sounds like he's still wants me.


I know in a previous post I said he stopped contacting  me.  I spoke too soon.  We have been in cintact and he's wearing me down.   He knows I'm married,  he just wants to see me which is a very bad  idea cause I know what would happen.  It just can't happen,  I love Mike so we came  to the conclusion to keep it on FB.


So is it creepy for him to take 40 yrs and still be crazy in love and track me down?   I must admit , it makes me feel very good!

Wow, you are treading on dangerous grounds. It's always fun in the beginning; passion running high etc. But it's the end that it hurts so bad.

My best friend said the same thing. She said if we were to meet up it would be bad. She has the gift and i do as well, said if we did this it wouldn't be just one encounter and he would go into stalker mode.

I know this is OT , but damn he's still beautiful. Yes beautiful. ..

keep it as a happy secret to make you smile when things feel bad but to act on it is a whole other ball game. would you be able to 'screw' this guy without telling mike to hurt him. would you be able to live with yourself? my first boyfriend is still beautiful (he has navy eyes!) but on the rare occasions that we meet we just have a great chat without the question of anything else. it certainly is good for the ego. enjoy that feeling.

I can see where it's creepy if he was acting creepy. You don't want to give him a reason to go into stalker mode. However, I'd find it flattering too. I had a former friend who came out of the woodwork after 10 years. He said all the right things and it was amazing for my ego. I made the mistake of meeting up. I was already spoken for so I should have never met up with this guy. It's very hard to not cross that line and it brought a lot of unnecessary stress which was way bad for my bipolar. I say leave it on fb and enjoy that good feeling.

I think it's flattering but dangerous... It would be the same if a girl your husband knew in high school starting looking for him... This kind of thing can really lead to havoc... I would be flattered and put him on ignore... Big hug....xo

You all are right, there's no way that'll happen. We've decided just to chat, nothing personal or suggestive. So far it's cool

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
