Hello everybody, just thought I would post a little introduction. I have been dealing with mood swings, self injury and suicidal ideation since I was in my early teens. Its only been within the last few months that I was diagnosed bipolar so even though I've lived with it for so long its somehow different now that theres a name for it. I have people in my life that will listen but they don't truly understand whats going on inside of my head so most of the time I feel very alone. I feel that a place like this could be a good place to find people who I can talk to about the messed up stuff that goes on in my head. Who knows, I may even make some new friends.
