Due to being Bipolar having borderline personality disorder, severe depression and anxiety. getting along with people is a hughe challenge for me. Work is super hard because i lack the skills i need to adjust not freak out and actually do my tasks. Im struggling to keep jobs when i find them and since i have blew so many jobs it is getting harder to get new ones. Applying for jobs is even a challenge due to the evaluations they give online since all my disorders slightly ruin the qualities companies seek. Lying on the surveys have eventually led me to a fire.. so how can i manage work and my disorders without exploding on the job? Even my meds dont help with all my mood swings and the ones that do leave me with no mood at all.... :/ many people have told me apply for disability but thats hard to get and also id like to work to avoid soaking in my depression

And I suggest you find a good therapist to work thru all of your issues. Find things in life that make you smile or bring calmness to your mind.
For me it is the funny things my cats do or a beautiful sunrise.
You can also work on disability but there are some tax implications. You have to work out all of your issues first. Then you will be able to find a job that you like and that makes you happy. Don't give up. Ever.
