ummmm...you post and people respond, or you respond to others posts. you get a feel for people and invite them to be friends, sharing their journals and such. you get advice and inspiration, and help, in fact, just about anything you need from the various locations. crisis posts are for when you are suicidal, posts on the main board get the most attention.

hello Solofighter! welcome to DS Land...fair warning...you will receive lots of encouragement support understanding and just plain great company here...post often good or bad ok we are here for each other... its like we have "our own little world" here...we understand and much of us have had the same or similar situations so we have loads in common...you are not alone any longer *smiles*
