I am still having trouble with excessive urge to move. I got up and forced myself to go to the library (one of my fave places!) And to the gym i walked for an hour and now i am home and in isolatiom mode. I was invited to a relative's house for lunch tomorrow but don't lnow if i am going to go. There wll be alot of people there. I will just habe to see how i feel when tomorrow gets here.

Thank u all for being here for me. I appreciate it more than you know!!!!

Good choices for outlets (library, etc)! And it sounds like you're trying/managing to exercise good judgement. I hope that you're able to hang in there. crossing my fingers along with hugs...

I agree with Taz - you're doing all the right things and if you need to isolate right now and take some time to yourself, that's okay too. Don't let the pressures of others make you go to lunch if you don't want to. If you feel you'll be around loving family and friends, then you just might want to go. Your choice, of course!!! Whatever you decide, be well and take care of yourself!
