so, yeah..I had a manic episode and almost traveled to N.O.L.A for the weekend on a whim. I was convinced I just HAD to go. it all seemed very logical in my head. then I clamed down and realized that I might better cal my pdoc. so I did and got a med adjustment. I was really embarressed afterwards. I'm still recovering, trying to slow down my life a little. I had company tonight that I said goodbye to a bit early, but they didn't seem to mind. I felt like I was getting a little burned out.
I'm getting that way alot lately.
I even find that I'm getting angry lot becuase there is no where or way to get out of a situation to decompress..or I just won't let myself because I don't feel I "should" need to.
I will endeavous to stop doing that to myself.

So I have been having a lot of health issues and my cardiologist felt that he didn't get clear enough images of my heart in the office, so he wanted to do a Trans-esophegeal heart Echocardiocgram in the hospital. I was pretty nervous about it, because I've never had any procedures related to my heart or any other major organs. I've had knee surgery and thyroid surgery, but to me anything to do...

*sigh* And let me know what works, so I can try it too. :/
