Having had a few I know when I feel one coming on. There is not enough diazapam in the bottle to keep it at bay. I know it is the hidden stress that my mind does not want to acknowledge. Any ideas how to get the stress out?
for now it is just breathe in breathe out every min. takes an hour. I hate this feeling.

Anxiety - A way of life for me.
Big hug for you sweetie.. I hope it passes soon..x

Anxiety is a huge red flag for me. If I find myself getting anxious too often I know I am pushing things. We have to be pro-active with our life BEFORE we hit our limit. Not all panic attacks are avoidable, we can't always forsee them. That is where benzo's are helpful to me. When my anxiety begins, I breath, take a break, step away from what I am doing and take prn meds if necessary. It is most about taking care of you every minute of every day, not just when a panic attack hits.
((((Hugs))))
Thanks again all I will keep you posted =)
