We are a diverse group of people who have learned a lot from each others individual experiences with bipolar disorder, medications and general life experiences. Oh and don't drink the koolaid.

Slang, general tone of the board, who the cl's are, how to report spam and abuse.

Also- DS tips and tricks such as the board for family and friends, comorbid disorders etc. Just a few of these- and keeping them bp specific so we don't needlessly overlap with the DS help pages.

I like reading other people's problems when I'm stuck in my own head. I try not to swear. Everyone is really nice and caring.

Hey, I am relatively new here, and I'm really loving it. I love the support and often times the reality checks I get.

Usually, you can't whine or vent, and you esp. can't talk about BP with anyone else, but here you are understood and accepted. It's a great place really, just don't get addicted, lol.

that the people here are the most understanding and supporting group of people i know. and they are like family to me. and i love them all. tears and i am not doing really well today. really emotional. and i know they understand. sorry got carried away..
