VERY rare in the California Central Valley....and IF it does snow, it immediately melts

In fact, I think I'd be pretty helpless in a major snow storm !

We had snow but it has retreated into the mountains as the temperature is 45 degrees.

It's snowing here in MN right now. Someone was saying we are having a major winter storm, but who knows?

We rarely get any snow at all here and if we do it may be an inch or so and it melts the next day. When I lived in Chicago I absolutely loved it having not grown up with much of it at all. I love the quiet hush-hush sound that a heavy snow brings with it to me it is peaceful. Enjoy!
