Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I take mine all at once -- three. But if you take a big drink first, it will coat your throat and help it all go down. Or, eat them with yogurt or applesauce, or something soft and mushy like that. I like that better, then wash it down because it won't get stuck and burn that way.
But if you have a whole slug of pills to take, it's better to take a few or one at a time. Especially if you are alone, if you start to choke, it might not be good.
A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down.....!!! LOL!
I swallow up to 7 at a time for my morning meds but definitely need drink w/ it.
(Yes, I know we're not supposed to take Sudafed but I take it occasionally to trigger a little mania when the house gets so bad I have no choice but to clean it or move out)
Starfish, Mary Poppins is my hero. I love that movie. Before I got married I was a live in nanny.
