In May of 2015 I lost my 25 year old daughter in a car accident. She has 2 beautiful daughters and I find myself not being able to imagine how they will make it without her. ( My grand daughters are 1 and 5 ). Our family had just began to feel small amounts of happiness after the death of my oldest daughter in 2000. My marriage is not doing well ( moving out next month ). I have never tried support groups, but I honestly don't know what else to try. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated greatly :-)

I hear the pain of this loss is like no other. A support group with other's who have lost children is probably the best next step.
I feel my parent's presence in my life everyday. I feel them close. That brings me some peace. It tends to come in waves. I'm okay, or I think I am, and then a song will play, or I will meet an old friend and relive the entire process and go through it all again.
Take care of yourself. Again, deepest sympathy. Hugs
The loss of a child is the worst possible loss. The fact that you are still seeing answers and have love and compassion, shows how strong you are. Some people never recover from such a loss as you and I have known. But we are strong people, and will somehow make it through.
