i lost my mum only 3 weeks ago at times im okay but then i am a complete sobbing mess , she is due to be cremated next week and as each day pass's i am just dreading it more .. i just feel so numb all the time i dont wantto do anything go any where or speak to . people keep saying im so sorry but every time it is said to me i just want to shout at them to leave me alone .. is this normal , im a mothe rof 4 and 46 years old i honestly thought i knew the way my emotions worked ..

You are grief stricken sweetie so the anger and numbness are all a part of it..... This has just happened and very raw right now... Even if we know something is coming it's still a shock to the system in some ways
There are stages to grief that we can go through and they can be different for different people
A grief support group in real life might be a really good support for you.... I'm hugging you......xo
