8 days ago i lost my baby at only 8 weeks pregnant. It's been a really difficult and heartbreaking few days especially since the only people who can know about the situation are me, my partner and my doctor due to my own personal preference. It's my first time being pregnant and i just feel lost, i guess i just want reasurance that the pain does eventually get easier to cope with and also how to honour my baby in my memories forever. Any support and advice would be really appreciated, i just dont know what to do to be myself anymore, it's like a massive chunk has been ripped out of me. The emotional and physical pain is intense and i just dont think i can deal with this alone

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I can say, however, that I know several people who have lost babies at various stages of pregnancy, and all have gone on to find happiness in their lives. So yes, it is possible to move on, and yes, others have done it, and yes, you can too.
8 days is still very early in the grieving process. I think that support is very important. Online support is very good, it has helped me deal with the loss of my sister, mother and father. But real life support is also very important. Keeping the sphere of "those in the know" to just two people severely limits your real life support. As time passes you might want to reconsider letting more people know of your loss.
But I understand that once you have told somebody you can not "un-tell" them and that once you tell somebody other than your partner word is very likely to spread.
That, however, is not always a bad thing.
I like to think of the stages of grief as the emotions of grief; that way it is easier for me to understand that I do not have to process them as stages, and that it is not a "failure" if an emotion revisits me after I have "mastered" it. Those emotions will always come back to visit us; as time passes we learn to deal with them, often quickly dismissing them rather quickly.
But you are still in the overloaded part of grief, and, wow, it is very hard.
I am sorry for the reasons that brought you here, but happy to meet you.
Gentle hugs
This loss is very new as well you'll have a lot hormonally going on that will effect your mood
I would reach out for the support that you need.... A RL grief support group might help you.... xo
