My wee boy was born last year on 5th November last year and suddenly passed away on 23rd Dcember. It has been a rollercoaster of utter devastation even to the point of being sectioned. Two months now till his birthday and organsing is headstone. The whole thing seems so wrong. Trying for a baby at the moment but i feel so selfish for doing so. I dont know where my feelings are with everything. I am receiving EDMR at the moment for the grief but the utter pain in my heart of missing my little Oliver sometimes just becomes to hard to bear. I really have no idea how to cope at times. My heart feels absolutely battered. My beautiful little boy- while my perfect little angel. Life just seems so unfair. I really at times wonder how i can ever live this life with my broken heart. Where do i go? What do i do?

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I know that little Oliver will one day live again. You will reunite. Your arms will one day be filled with the sweet, lively little body of your beloved son. God has already planned this for you and for Oliver.
Death anniversaries are emotionally powerful ones. And during such difficult times it is how you prepare yourself to focus with thriving purpose, throughout the preceding days, leading up to this event. This is a matter of defining a useful choice, one in which you should make ready-shelter, for with the great emotional intensity of this sad event, you will need protection. Take this unhappy day at a slower pace than your usual daily routine. Enjoy the fact that your dear little baby was a beloved gift, uniquely yours. And so will the other children yet to come be gifts. Children are created tokens of shared love.
Now is a good time to call in caring family and friends to surround you. Set this day aside to share in memory of Oliver, or create a personal plan of remembering him alone. Some have confronted infant loss by visiting and talking with the young children of family and friends. Float a balloon in the air and watch until it disappears. Write a letter to Oliver. Start a picture album or storybook with details of inspiring motherly thoughts. Only a few of many good ideas to soften the impression of loss and soothe the mind.
It is wise that you are in treatment for grief. I am sure that your team of caring doctors are presenting you with healthy relaxation ideas. Keep it in mind to not try and control your hurtful thoughts by forcing in those punishing ideas of blame or guilt. What happened with Oliver is distressing. However, you deserve to be his mother in a different and peaceful world, which is promised to come.
Remembering you with blessed thoughts,
Remiah இ>--;---
We are going to all go and visit him and go for some food on the 5th November. I love the balloon idea and letter and i think this would be really helpful for me to communicate with him. I had already thought of printing his photos and putting them in an album but i love the storybook ideas where i can express all my memories.
Bless you. You have helped me very much.x

Please know that in trying to have a new baby it in NO way diminishes how much you loved Oliver.... Just like parents that have more then one child.... They love all of their children
Hopefully as a little more time passes you'll be able to celebrate Oliver's young life and what he brought to yours without the guilt sweetie.... I suffered terribly from survivors guilt at one time so I understand it only too well.... I've not lost a child however I have lost my birth family
Another hug for you and a blessing.....Kudos to you for doing all you can to help yourself.... It takes courage.....xo
