Bereavement Support Group
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? Whether you lost someone recently or it's been years, grief and its accompanying emotions can be complicated to cope with. Join our online support group to connect with a supportive group of people who really know how you feel. Help is right here.

For many of us, getting through the first days/weeks were the hardest part. Do you have somebody who can help you take care of things? My brother in law leaned heavily on his brother for support.
Lots of us here have joined bereavement groups in real life; hospitals are good places to look for them. It really helped me after my father died.
Losing a spouse is a very special type of loss. There is a widows and widowers group here; they are a very welcoming group, and there is no requirement that members had to be married at the time of the death. This group is there for support long after the pain of the passing has been managed; there will be many more issues for you to deal with, and that group is great for helping!
Again, I am sorry for your loss, but pleased to meet you.
Gentle hugs
At this point I think all that you can do is keep putting one foot in front of the other.... I would continue to reach out to people ...Don't shut yourself off
The Widows and Widowers group is a very good group as Pepper wrote... People there are in different stages of healing
I'll put up a link to it.... Another hug and a blessing.....xo
