Not sure if this is where I should be. Last April I suddenly lost a brother to pancreatic cancer. It was awful. At that time I found out my sister had stage 4 colon cancer. She died this past Feb and I was at her side, 10 months after losing my brother. In January my divorce from my Sex offender husband was finalized. Feb 1 my sister died. I lost my job in March (cutbacks ) only to find another one immediately, and then lose that one in less than 90 days Bc they didn't think I fit in

Life has been really hard this past year. I'm really feeling down and alone. I can't talk to my family about my depression and anxiety their not very understanding about it. When i was in the ER February 16th 2025, i was being admitted to ICU where i was for 3 weeks, then had to relearn to walk for 3 weeks in another hospital rehab floor, the nurse told me something that made me feel for over 18 months now that i was finally *safe*. She told me that the guy who raped and beat me 21 years ago now almost 20 years at that time, was in prison as of a month before that...

I would try and get into a bereavement support group in RL if you can..... Talking to a faith leader for some council if you have a faith might be a big help as well.... You've been through a lot..... If you can manage therapy it could help a great deal as well.....
