Hi all, I wish there was a way to get this grief out of my body. I know it affects us all differently, and this time around, it's really physical. I know it can be very real, the literal broken heart, and I'm trying to avoid that.
Any suggestions?

Socialisation enables the mind to cope with grief, as too much mental pain and inner grief can make your brain to shut down as it is being overwhelmed by your intense emotions. Some people find that using distraction through work and travel, may give your mind the time and opportunity to heal. Whatever that you do, don't keep your pain and grief within - it may be stoic to keep silent but the pain will gnaw at you from inside.
