Why am I still here?? I don't want to be here. This world has nothing for me anymore. Whenever I fall asleep i don't want to wake up. All I wake up to is a headache and an empty house. I feel like this life is a prison sentence and I'm trapped with no way out. I feel like I'm in a bubble that's closing in on me and I can't get out. That's how living feels to me now. I'm not a person without faith or hope. I have those but I'm also a human who misses the person I love very much. Everyday I go to work and sneak away early just to come home and cry myself to sleep. I dream about him at nights and it's a wonderful feeling but then I wake up to reality. I'm scared of the future. How long will I have to live like this, live without him. All my plans and dreams involves him now if I make a positive step it hurts because he's not here to experience it or to tell me how proud he is of me. I hate this life sooooo much

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

My husband lost his brother in 08. He was 36 with a one year old son and a 3mth pregnant fiance.
Life is cruel. I can not offer any advice only as i said before a cyper hug.

I really mean it when I say I am so sorry to hear that you are going through so much pain. I know I can't fully understand what you are feeling, but I have lost many loved ones (most recently, with my mom). Still grieving very much, BUT still standing.
And I want you to know that God doesn’t expect you to be happy about what has been torn from your hands—but if you are willing to trust Him, He can turn that hurt into Glory.
So, please don't give up. I know it won't be easy, but there is always hope!
Also, not saying this to offend you by any means, but please seek help at the following numbers, please.
Hopeline (Suicide): 1-800-SUICIDE (1-800-784-2433)
Suicide Hotline: 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-8255)
That's a good question: Why wait? Or why not? Is there something better on the way?
I want answers as well. In your situation, you tell of a sudden loss, an accident. Could be that you ask out of emotional shock in this case. This is distressing for you and I'm upset too. I had one brother who was murdered. A few years before that, the best friend of my father put a knife in his back. My brother - shot in the back, by his best friend as well, though it was ruled to be an accident. However the grapevine said otherwise, long story. I was in my twenties then & I'd just given birth to a baby. A new baby crying & I was crying too. Depression set in. I began to see the image of a face much like that of my brother's inside of the printed pattern of my dining room curtains. I feared walking pass those curtains for several months. I reasoned that curtains are only fabric, but every time I walked pass them I shuttered & the atmosphere of the whole room changed from that of sunlight to darkness. I finally replaced the drapes with a friendly fabric with abstract patterns which didn't remind me of my brother. And then I went to work on replacing sad thoughts. Because I had to get better for the sake of taking care of my newborn. Perhaps, there is still something in your own life that's worth living for. Something afresh.
I can tell you that life does have a purpose. And, ironically, within only a few months after my brother's death I found out why there is a plan for life. But I had to ask God to help me find the answers. It is well that you do have faith & hope. Give God the first try & if all else fails, you may see it beneficial to talk to a grief or bereavement therapist.
