Veronica is right, the WW group is a wonderful group of people.
One thing you might find helpful is to keep in mind what your guy would want for you in this tough time. Have that conversation in your mind. What would he say? I'm sure he would not want you to suffer (or not for long anyway). He would want you to be happy even though he cant be there with you anymore. I wish I had some magic words. But this is a long slow process we all go through.

Some other practical ideas may be to journal and get your emotions out, find a counselor you can trust, or join a bereavement support group. Take care of yourself, seek help if you are depressed! Prayers and peace your way.
As Veronica said, take baby steps. The pain is still new, so it will take some time to adjust.
