I just recently lost the amazing man I've ever known. I just have so many questions and no answers. I am so lost right now. I don't know how to deal with this. He was fine before I left and dead less than an hour later. I blame myself for so many things that day and the last couple of weeks. I feel if I had not left maybe he could survive it. I miss him so much.

It can be a hard part of the grieving process.... A real life bereavement group might help you
