I would not consider myself an adult baby, I wear them because I need them at night. If I am not wearing something for protection I have a very hard time sleeping for the fear of waking up wet. So you could say i enjoy wearing diapers, It gives me a sense of security.

I have to wear diapers unless I want to clean a soaked mess these adult babies you speak of a few may be truly incontinent but many are sickos with a fetish for diapers and too any infiltrate legitimate support groups personally i am tired ad disgusted by the siickos

I cannot be trusted to go to bed without cloth diapers and plastic panties on every night. I do not enjoy waking up with wet diapers on but I do not mind wearing the diapers and plastic panties into bed. I do masturbate before I fall asleep often and I always do this while I am wearing my cloth diapers and plastic panties. There are times I can get excited as I get the diapers and plastic panties ready to put on. Now sometimes I get security when I know I have diapers and plastic panties on and I wear them all day too, but I do not wet themduring the day.

Each to their own I guess. I don't wear nappies for fun and enjoyment but have accepted my condition and don't worry about it anymore. I do know some people who are incontinent develop a liking for nappies etc and it is their way of coping. To be honest I see no harm in it.

My daughters are diapered because they need to be in diapers and I know that they sometimes enjoy getting diapered or being in diapers. However not sure whether they are adult babies.

I had to return to diapers due to being a diabetic and can,t trust myself with accidents. I think most people have a security problem.

Calling people who are into a fetish Sickos is just ignorant and stupid. People have there fetishes and who are we to say anything negative about it.

I wear diapers because I have incontinence and am working with a Pelvic Physiotherapist. I have read a lot on the ABDL community and understand a lot.

I wear disposable plastic backed nappies I wouldn’t say I was an adult baby but I do sometimes like wearing nappies with the soft plastic crinkly backing and the nice soft leg elastics I find them oddly comfy and nice from time to time and for anyone that likes to wear nappies is it really that bad...

I wear diapers to keep my bed and clothes dry,I have learned to become comfortable wearing them.

I dont consider myself adult baby however I do LOVE wearing diapers. This past April I broke my hip an now dealing with mobility and incontinence issues associated with my injuries and surgeries so I came clean to roommates that I had hidden diapers that I needed or I ran the risk of wetting myself. Sometimes things are full circle. I'm much happier than before now I'm not hiding in the dark.

A little difficult to reply to the question. I had to wear cloth diapers with plastic pants for bedwetting until I entered high school. My nightly bedwetting, usually more than once a night, persisted. By almost age 15 I was forced to wear diapers as the best solution to get adequate sleep and keep things controlled. I would say at about age 10 I had begun to feel comfortable being diapered every night and had pretty much become a diaper lover. I also struggled with leaking during the day and too many times had serious accidents at school. For years I wore thick training type underwear with plastic pants during the day. Hated going to doctors and having to talk to nurses and doctors about my wetting problems. Doctors prescribed alarms and various drugs, non of which had any affect, and regularly just said I’d outgrow it. Once in high school I dealt with multiple nightly floods and was usually tired due to dealing with it in the middle of the night. After a few months of this I put myself back in diapers. Once again I felt in control and loved going to sleep in my thick pin on diapers and plastic pants. My 3 non bedwetting brothers liked poking fun at me about it and my mom was not very discreet about it. She would stack my diapers in my pile in the laundry room or place them on my bed in my room, folded with numerous pairs of plastic pants on top. I was always in a panic that one of my brothers friends would see this which did happen a couple of times. I once overheard my 3 year younger brother telling his friend, who saw my diapers, that they were mine that I wore because I wet my bed. Thought I would die.
Anyway in my early 30’s I finally had an urologist finally schedule a through urodynamic study done and it revealed I had a neurogenic bladder, probably from birth, which as the Dr. put it my bladder reacts much like an infants in that bladder and brain signals don’t connect properly and I never had a chance of staying dry at night or day for that matter. I was relieved to find out I was dealing with a medical condition. I wear disposable diapers during the day and my cloth diapers at night. I have zero stress anymore about having an embarrassing accident. I don’t announce it but also don’t hide from this condition. I am also thankful I developed an attraction for my diapers. I feel safe and secure in my diapers and they provide security I need. I’m not an adult baby, at all, but do like my diapers.
