Bedwetting Support Group
Bedwetting (or nocturnal enuresis or sleepwetting) is involuntary urination while asleep. It is the normal state of affairs in infancy, but can be a source of embarrassment when it persists into school age or the teen or adult years. Find others who are coping with a bedwetting problem and share your experiences and questions.
Good luck!
Good Luck
If you are getting up that many times each night, you cannot be having restful sleep. If you persist, sooner or later disaster could strike, say, if you would fall asleep while driving or doing something else that sleep-deprivation could threaten. A good night's sleep is not a luxure; it is a necessity, so, please, do whatever you need to do to make it possible. If that includes heavy nighttime protection, use it. Good luck.
When this first struck, I was paranoid, getting myself up so often each night that, in a few weeks, I became a sleep-deprived zombie. For me, liking or disliking diapers is not the issue; getting good, uninterrupted sleep is. Diapers give me that; without them I would be afraid to fall into deep sleep. Good luck finding what works for you.
