Hi, I’m 13 and I still wet the bed. Sometimes I stay up crying like i am right now. I recently had an accident at my life long bestfriends house. It was on her red couch and i got up early to try and fix the stain but i just quit. I went up and told her I spilled juice on her couch. I know lying wasn’t the best choice but i really love this girl and wouldn’t like her to turn on me or not like me because of this. My sister used to tease me and kind of still does. I’m always embarrassed when it happens. It’s been happening since i’ve worn pull ups at 5 and i never got out of it. I used to sit in the corner and cry while my mom cleaned it up. I’ve never spoken to my dad about it, it’s so embarrassing and makes me want to crawl in a hole. Please help me.

You're at the right place. I'm not pretending we have a magic wand but here we are all facing bedwetting issues. There are wetters (like me but also bedwetters your age) and parents. Feel free to talk (it's better and safer here than in private).

You were super brave to sleep over at your friends house. Ive never done that because of being too afraid. I think lots of people who have this problem feel really upset and embarrassed like you do. It definitely makes me feel that way. Like Sponge Bob said, youre not the only one and youre in a place that we are trying to keep safe for talking about this. If there was a way to fix it we'd all have done that by now but at least youre not alone with the problem :)

I didn't go to sleepover during my teens. However a nice tip is hiding your pull-up in your sleeping bag.
Concerning your sister teasing you, you should tell your mom. She must scold your sister.

There are some times that it's right to lie and if you had an accident on their couch I think it's ok to say it was something else. But if you do another sleepover you can take drynites pullups which are hidden by your pyjamas. They're really good and you don't have to explain a wet patch! Also get your mum to tell your friend's mum that you wet the bed sometimes, that's what my mum does and it's cool.

I agree with Sazx. Your mom should talk to your friends mom. Don’t worry about that as moms are usually supportive. Next time wear protection and enjoy your sleepover .
