I know this can be very frustrating. There are better products on the market for keeping his bed dry. Try XP Medical online. They carry youth size briefs. The odds are that he will grow out of his bedwetting soon. Only a very small percentage of children don't grow out of it.

I know that this can be frustrating on you and your son dealing with this I was a regular bedwetter up till about his age myself. Mom used diapers on me well cause their wasn’t goodnites then anyways.. I wore attends after I out grew pampers and such. There are way better youth diapers out there. Since I injured my back I use Abena and ID Slip PE from xpmedical at night any don’t have leaks. I’ve also heard that tranquility atn’s Are very good youth products. There are some suppliers that have sample packs so you can find the right product that works for him.
I don’t know how receptive your son is to the idea of going to a diaper instead, I know most aren’t but if you can I would get his input on the ones you decide to try. Also Coming from experience that my mom diapered me every night at that age, don’t make a big deal of it and just get it done and after a couple of nights it will just be a routine and nothing else.
There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel and one day soon he’ll become dry and both of y’all will never look back at it again

Here’s another approach you might consider using plastic pants over the pull-up. Even though there is still some washing involved with them (the plastic pants). But keep in mind of how much he wets and the positions he sleeps in you might still get leaks but not as bad. For a preteen it might be a little more acceptable than going to diaper first. for me though I tried a couple pairs but felt they were way to HOT to sleep in over pull-ups/diapers. Just a thought

Do they make plastic pants large enough for him? Remember he's 11. I don't mind the washing of the plastic pants, but yes if they end up leaking, it probably wouldn't really be what I'm looking for

You shouldn’t have any problem finding plastic pants large enough for him, I wear a pair every night over a diaper and find them essential, they help keep the diaper more secure and effective and if there is a leak it’s an extra barrier before wetting the bed. As mentioned they can be a bit warm to wear which makes them uncomfortable in the summer but I won’t go to sleep without them.

You should easily be able to find them in his size. Lots of websites carry them. I’ve even seen some in drug stores but that’s all about the area you live in. If you have a medical supply store near you (ie hosiptal beds and such) they may carry them there. You would be surprised in what sizes are available and some of the colors and prints lol

We use disposable diapers and booster pads and plastic pants over the diaper. Maybe you should try this too. Booster pads help to increase absorption and keep him feel dry to. You will see that he will enjoy not waking up in a soaked bed. And you don't need to wash bed sheets anymore. He can wear this during day too if he needs to.

I also use disposable diapers, and booster pads. This has helped me alot during the night. I have not had any leaks during the night.

Sorry to read about your son's issues with bed wetting. I can completely understand how you and he must feel. When I was his age I was away at school and it was a nightly trip to matron for terry nappies and plastic plants! Better a wet nappy than a wet bed! Now of course we have excellent all in one disposable nappies. I was dry for many years (14 - 26) until a spinal injury brought it all back. I use the Tena Slip Maxi day and night and just treat them as my underwear. Easy to say when you have been dealing with it for 30 years. Much harder when you are just 11. There is an organisation for young people called ERIC - it may be worth googling them. I would seek out a more absorbent product rather than use plastic pants. I also use a washable bed pad which is great for dealing with the inevitable leaks, especially if sleeping on my side. What I missed most as a youngster was support and understanding even at home.

Hi Lauren sorry to here about your situation hopefully it will rectify it’s self soon. I think like the others have said putting your son back in disposable nappies for the time being is the best bet for now plastic backed disposable nappies would protect better than the textile backed but it’s all down to preference you could try incontinence supermarket or incontinence choice on the internet they have a selection and advice on your problem you may also be able to get some samples to try out before you buy!?!?.
