I don't go to my regular doctor for any of this, because doctors never actually touch you ever! They don't believe in chiropractors but a good chiropractor will believe in a good doctor.
I suggest going to a really good chiropractor, and do some research. A pinched nerve can be relieved by a chiropractor and he can tell you where it's at and what's causing it too.
I LOVE my chiropractor, he's the one that found I was dealing with water retention and dealing with a pinched nerve and why my tailbone hurt and that I also needed a new bed!!!
My doctor didn't help with any of that!!
