Impersonation law could land offenders in jail

Social media users might want to think twice before creating fake profiles of someone else. A new law now makes it illegal to impersonate another person online. The new law, which took effect August 1, focuses on stopping the misuse of email and social networking. Impersonating someone else online will now be a misdemeanor. The new law is aimed at preventing impersonations with the intent to harm, intimidate, threaten or defraud another person. Legislators hope this new law will make people think again before impersonating an online user.

Sharing what has worked and not worked for us is only part of what we do here and we are all adamant about doing the research and working with your docs, this is especially true for the newbies, We do not want them thinking there is a magical cure for anything and going off half cocked and try trying things that may harm them as everyone's body reacts differently. Petey along with others on the board post excellent links for information so a member can do more research and talk it over with their doctors. .Fear and anxiety can cause people to try anything without thinking things thru properly. All we ask is that you just share your experiences and not push people into doing what has worked for you and if they do not agree then to not call them ignorant for not doing so. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion not matter what the subject is. I do not remember seeing any links with data enforcement as to what has worked for you and what the cure is?
