Asthma Support Group
Asthma is a disease of the human respiratory system where the airways narrow, often in response to a "trigger" such as exposure to an allergen, cold air, exercise, or emotional stress. This airway narrowing causes symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing, which respond to bronchodilators.

My asthma has been so bad this winter. This is really rare because the cool weather usually makes me feel better.
I smelled a smoky smell in my apartment and my housekeeper said that the people next door are using the heater. It's an old heater and hasn't been used for 10 years. All that dust burning smoke going in my lungs-- no wonder I can't breathe.
This is the kind of this that makes my asthma so impossible. It usually involves something someone else is doing that triggers me. I'm always left in the position of either making enemies and being able to breathe or keeping quiet and suffocating.
They are in the privacy of their own apartment so what can I do? They are C O L D! [it's been 85 degrees this week] I have 2 air conditioners on.
I don't know why being diplomatic never works when it comes to asthma. We are talking about something that you can't see and everyone thinks asthma is just anxiety.
Trying to endure until spring doesn't seem bearable. Anyway, all I have to look forward to is spring pollen. In can't breathe well enough to know what question to ask.

On Saturday, while I was at yard sales with my best friend, my lawn guy texted me that he did my lawn. This costs me $70 every two weeks or so. I don't have great grass so sometimes, he skips. Anyway, I paid him on CashApp when I got home. On Sunday morning, he texted me again, to say goodbye because he was moving. My little thinking cap went on and I thought about how I am healthier...
