I am taking L-Citrulline 750mg twice a day. Both of my hands got arthritis, and my left knee. My hands got really swollen over night, my knee had a big lump, it was painful to bend it when I was squatting.
I am 56 so the Citrulline was intended for an other purpose, what I am taking with DHEA together now every day . And the results are outstanding in every way! It was a dumb luck I say how it worked on something I didn't even planned or expected to treat.. My hands / fingers are not swollen anywhere near as before, and I can make a fist with out any pain. My fingers are small again. All the pain is gone from my left knee the lump is completely gone. It just disappeared.
The Citrulline is from Amazon, as GNC cost an arm and a leg. I think I paid $14 /90....750mg pills. I am not saying it will work for everyone but your risk is $14.
Citrulline is restores the blood circulation! Viagra is a form of Citrulline. There we go. As the circulation got restored I say clearly I had an 80% improvement to my prior condition. Good luck to you all , whom ever decide to give it a try. I just had to share this because it is a cheap alternative treatment!
