So I recently was dignosed with anxiety, and depression. My niece passed away and I begin medicating myself with alcohol almost every day and always on the weekends. After a night out partying I had my first panic attack heart rate was extreamly high, I was shaking, I couldnt catch my breath and I was rushed to the ER from work.. once I got to the hospital heart rate shot back up and was 160-172. I was prescribed Hydroxzine (non narcotic) well its been since December 21st since I last touched alcohol, soda, or anything really unhealthy. But it is now February and in between then and now my doctor changed my med to Zoloft 50 MG during the day. And Busipone 10MG during night time. Today I took my Zoloft and I have had one of the best days in awhile toward the evening time I am feeling edgy a little bit but I'm more tired feeling then anything, the only side effect I got really was when I woke up from a nap and I was shakey or yawning Not any other major side effect, but I ate something right away and laid back down, I am taking it easy on the first week. But I do go to the gym alot! Anyone else on these medications? Just seeing who is in the same boat as me.
