looks like you have lots of ideas, disability will take for ever, unless you have a great lawyer and great Dr. notes that you can not work. i had to work off the books to make some money to help pay bills or we would of lost our home, thank god for 1 of our payments we had insurance on it where if 1 of us got disabled that the bill would be just for the loan and not interest. which was a big help. ya being on disability sucks. but when you no longer can work what else is there to do besides go on disability, get your self heeled and look for a less of a stress full job. good luck and hope the best for you

I recently got fired from my job from using my sick days due to my anxiety/panic. I had notes from my psych but I was a first year teacher. It was frowned upon and looks bad. My parents are pissed and my medical will run out soon. It's so stressful and I understand, work on you and get better...It's draining and something to be taken seriously.

I imagine the company will turn you down for unemployment if you quit your job without giving a reason. You could send an email or letter to the HR department at your old job stating that you quit because of the stress from your boss. That might be an enough reason for them to go ahead and approve the unemployment. If your unemployment is not approved you can use the email that you sent to the HR Dept as your reason for quitting for it to be reconsidered.

If I am denied than they will do a phone interview, and at that time I can tell them my reasoning. Stress is a good reason especially if I told them the entire situation.

I had those issues at past jobs. I am 25 and sometimes it was because they figured hey she is young she can't have an ailment, stress, anxiety, depression. It was terrible but my job now is the BEST. They are understanding, they aren't mean or rude to me, and the three of us that do the front desk at different times are kind and switch shifts or take shifts when one of us can't. The only problem is it's part time and I need more money. I tried disability because I also have endometriosis but they denied me even though I had therapists, doctors and case managers write notes saying I needed it. Good luck with everything.

You should fight it with disability. I will go back to work, but probably part time. It's nice to have work support, some people just don't understand.
