I posted this a while ago and hope it may have helped some...
It did for me. My therapist recommended calling in my mind all the symptoms (negative of course) of what I thought was going to happen on the verge of a panic attack...... ex.Heart attack, dying, lack of breath, palpitations, numbness......Its fight or flight......and if you call them they will FLY.....

It will help if you divert your focus onto something different.
You are in great shape health wise and you are looking after yourself well by not smoking, drinking etc.
I believe your symptoms is purely anxiety. Anxiety can create some pretty weird symptoms in the body.
You have been checked at at the ER and everything was good.
You got to start believing that you are well and healthy.
You appear to be stuck on this thought that you are going to have a stroke. The more you think on it the more it will seem you are having one...you are convincing yourself that you are having one.
BUT You aren't going to have one. You are fine. Breathe in deep breath, breath out slowly.
You would not be able to type or read or do what you have been doing if you were having a stroke.
You can smile and lift both arms up. no one having a stroke can do that. so stop scaring yourself. You are fine.
say it out aloud.
I am fine.
I can smile
I can raise my arms up
I can walk
I am healthy and fine
start telling yourself new messages...new things
