Hey ya'll. Its been a couple days for me, and my anxiety hasn't been terrible, but it still manages to plague me at some point every day. I've really been struggling with self-worth/self-esteem, depression, feeling like I know I exist but no one else does i guess you could say invisible. Feeling like I don't even know why I bother because I'm looked over so much I might as well be a doormat. I've been feeling lonely, and out of touch, anxious, out of place, like I smile on the outside but on the inside I'm crying. I've cried about seven times in the last couple days. I don't know or understand how I feel or why I feel like that. I feel so lost in everything and like I need something to ground me.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that. I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...

For what it's worth:
This is another symptom where I get some solid relief from my grounding talismans and other tactile grounding exercises. The physical sensations and mantras help remind me that I really am here and real.
Sigh. . .
Okay, okay. . . I can make do with whatever relief I can find while I wait for my Fairy Godmother to fit me into her busy schedule.
