Thanks alot. Hugs.
I deal with the same thoughts. I will convice myself of the most crazy things. The best way I find to deal with it is tell myself "NO, STOP IT"! And then start doing something else......go for a walk, etc. Stop the thoughts before they get too out of hand. It sounds like your husband is understanding which is a major plus.
That's def good advice...I think if i could just find something to distract me real quick before i go down the downward emotional spiral, i would def feel alot better.
Thanks so much :) Hugs
I will have to try this one =)
