Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. I’m not sure if this is my anxiety or my depression probably both which is why mental illness sucks! I’m awake again it’s 4:30 and everyone in my house is asleep and I am cuddled on the couch with my cat watching Netflix because I can’t sleep. I’m exhausted I’m so so so exhausted but I’m so awake it doesn’t make sense. My ex contacted me and told me he was stupid and fucked up and wanted to try again maybe that’s what’s causing this? Honestly I haven’t felt this way since I was with him...gah! But I met someone who is perfect for me and gets me and wants me he wants me so bad he begged my friend for my number so he could get to know me and that is so sweet to me. But Idk how to tell my ex that I’m seeing someone that I’m happier now. I’m too nice I’m so afraid of someone hating me or me doing someone wrong that I worry and worry and worry about how I am going to solve something or say something so everyone wins...gosh maybe that’s why I am awake right now....idk what to do....anxiety sucks!!

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Men tend to think sometimes when they’re feeling lonely or sad that they can go back to the person who was always there & see if they still are....
Anxiety is tough and deliberating. But breathe, be aware of your feelings & recognize your thoughts.
Dissect them.
And always remember to not let someone else control the way you feel.
Sending love.
The holidays bring shared memories. Leave them as that, be kind and keep it simple. Listen, and leave it. Just because someone says something does NOT make it your problem. You respond in a way that works to improve your well-being, and their response will change as their usual response will no longer fit the conversation.
Best wishes.
