Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. One of my main problems in life is a lifelong dilemma of being tired. I am tired of being tired. My question is, is being tired due to a physical problem or mental problem? Which came first? I know that when I was more strict on Keto, I had more energy. I was also in a great frame of mind. Am I depleted from my thinking patterns? I am trying to get back to stricter Keto. Yesterday, I woke up with a lot of energy. Nothing was a problem. After I vented on here, I got a shower, made lunch and packed a snack and diet green tea, left to go 50 minutes away to visit my Aunt, stopped at the gym to use the bathroom and got a massage. Had a nice conversation with a woman who was in the massage chair next to me, then went to McDonald's to get free chicken McNuggets for my Aunt, not realizing that I had to spend $2. I happily ordered a coffee for me and an apple pie for my Aunt. Had a nice visit but pretty much got dismissed after about 30 minutes. Then I went to four stores and another gym location for another massage. I came home and made a great salad for dinner. It did help that the sun was shining and the weather was somewhat mild. I wish I could bottle up that energy. Today, I am a little tired but I am going to head to the gym and the laundromat. I am going to think positively about my energy and pray about it.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

I was making so many strides and changes during therapy, my therapist would acknowledge all of my progress and accomplishments, and I miss that reassurance. Today I thought about it, and I made those changes! She would always tell me that I chose to...
I hope you have a great day again.
When you describe how much running around you do it makes me feel tired on your behalf, haha!
Diet, exercise, stress, working all contribute. It sounds like you had a productive day. Minus the massages that all sounded tiring. Good job on eating healthy.
