Sunday night I felt a light pain in my chest and felt like I was gonna pass out. Monday morning it felt the same way. I went to the emergency room. So here I have this tingling in my chest. Did bloodwork, chest X-ray, 4 ekgs. All showed nothing wrong. I don't know why I still feel like this. I know I'm thinking about it constantly, but is it anxiety? I don't know. Tomorrow I go to my primary doctor i hope she can help me cause I feel like I want to go back to the ER but I don't know. I even seen a cardiologist today and did another ekg and reviewed my blood test and said it's not a heart attack. I'm going crazy, I hope my doctor can call me down tomorrow.

i don't have the inside info on your case, but i've had so many chest pain scares that i quit going to the doctor for them. in my own case, anxiety management exercises proved the far more effective fix. they are cheaper and more fun, too.
Medically, you checked out. Mentally, emotionally, and brain - you know you're feeling 'off'.
Take a deep breath, relax, and then use the stop, pause, breathe, option, repeat until you feel calm.
It takes time to find the calm naturally after an episode of anxiety's help such as you experienced.
You're not alone in this.
