I was in a good mood all day. My sister-in-law invited me over for today. I have not seen much of her since Christmas Eve so I said yes. I had planned on staying home today to clean. My mood shifted and I just wanted to get away from myself. I took a nap on the loveseat and then my bed. I woke up in a better mood. I did a load of laundry, did dishes, wrote in my diary on my computer, listened to music, made coffee. It was very late. I'm okay this morning. I'm a little dismayed with the weather forecast. They are calling for days of rain starting tomorrow. My high school history teacher predicted that NJ would go tropical and it does seem that way. I like the milder winters but all of this rain is ridiculous.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Ever since I stopped doing therapy because of insurance, I've been feeling that old tense and irritable sense of anxiety and stress. I hate that.
